How many years have we wasted fearing Russia? Sure they have nukes and missiles to deliver them. However, nukes and missiles require constant maintenance. Have they kept it up any better than they've maintained the rest of their military equipment? And are their missile technicians any better trained and disciplined than the rest of their military force?
