I'm going to guess that there are those within his unit that do not like him very much. Lapse in judgement and idiocy for making/posting this video? Sure. Court Martial offense? Not in my opinion.

Yeah that was dumb to court martial him. Slap on the wrist and counseling. Don't do it again. I've seen people get a slap on the wrist for far worse...
