Head of Russian Army’s Theme Park, Major General Arrested on Fraud Charges - The Moscow Times

My neighbor is a retired army officer and described a Russian unit he witnessed, pre-Ukraine era. He said they acted like criminals and thugs - not a professional army. Criminals and thugs will have ulterior motives that are not commiserate for what we expect from soldiers. I think the Russian military is steeped with corruption and lies which leads to incompetence.
