Understand I am not a doctor but since my doctors do not seem to talk to each other I have to educated myself on certain issues so I can ask questions which is why I'm constantly reading studies like the 2 I've included. Like I said I am not a doctor but as a patient you have to educate yourself so you can ask questions and understand your doctors responses. Again I am not a doctor.
Since I need to have a full understand of the hormones like estrogen and progesterone since my doctors have shown to not fully understand these hormones especially progesterone . And yes guys you have it in your body as well even though all of the attention on this hormone is focused on its role in reproduction. Yet its role is vast from rebuilding bone, help in sleeping, reduction in sleep apnea events, Re-myelination, Neurogenesis, mood stabilization among others.

It also controls weight loss, heart palpitations, the way we lose weight, cholesterol retention, and how we age. Old age is basically your body going through

just like a drug addict. Night sweats, crazy behaviors, not thinking straight, heart issues, losing cognitive brain functions, sex, etc, etc.
After all your body has been producing that for your entire life until perhaps the age of 35-65...
