Well... he cannot criticize her policy positions. Her campaign website doesn't list any as of 12noon Eastern Time Aug 6, 2024.

You're partially correct. He engages in a lot of personal attacks. So do his opponents. But President Trump has, off the top of my head, critcized
Secretary/candidate Clinton's:
_deal to sell off 20% of our uranium reserves to Russia.
_support of the "Common Core" education curriculm
President/Biden's:
_Bidenomics
_The "Green New Deal" and "net zero' carbon emissions
_heightened regulation of household appliances
_the re-write of Title IX
_Federal codifying of Roe v wade
_universal 2 years free community college
_Student loan forgiveness
_Ending the "remain in Mexico" agreement with mexico
_"Open Borders" immigration enforcement
But you miss the point. VP Harris is the confirmed nominee of the Democratic Party. She has picked her running mate. She's collecting campaign funds. Yet there is absolutely nothing on her website about her position on the major issues of the day. NOTHING!
It's as if she was saying "You'll have to elect me, so then I can tell you what my policies and positions will be." So far, it's the DNC party line "Well... (sigh0 at least she's not Trump." Not good enough for someone who wants to sit in the most influential and powerful office in the world.

Every way I've searched this I've only seen these three men noted as he called "nasty." He reserves that word for women 99.9% of the time. Facts. That's the only comeback he has because he has no valid policies. He's also every ism you can be.
