Interesting. Agenda 47 contains a long list of promises, but he does not post how he would do this. And some of those items would be unconstitutional and/or illegal, but that never stopped him before.

I'll concede it's plausible but they had no obligation to listen to Trump. The Dems wouldn't have moved on it without more deficit spending, debt increasing, aid to Ukraine and we all know the RINOs would have followed suit as usual. The republicans always compromise more than the democrats on spending (wasting) bills ever since Bush 43.
