Lack The Flavor I Wish, Especially Steaks; When I Order A Steak, I Want It
To Be Done Rare ~ And I Jokingly Tell The Wait Staff; "Just Send The Cow By
My Table, As She Passes By I'll Tear Off A Piece".

Agreed. There are a few things that I'll buy name brand and this is one of them. Thankfully I'm in the same boat as you. None of the recalls are my go to for lunch sammiches.

A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney I never quite understood the well-done crowd. But on the other side steak tartare isn't my thing either. Medium rare with a great sear but not cold in the middle is my choice. And yes, I have returned steaks because the center was still cold :-))
