This one will be interesting to see how it turns out.
While AI generation of an actor's likeness or voice is something everyone can understand when it comes to movies and TV shows ("I don't think it's right that they can use AI to have XXXXXX in a movie without compensating them!"), very few video games center around the likeness of the actor (there are a few exceptions).
Most people would be very hard pressed to identify who the 'behind-the-scenes' individual is the motion capture of a video game protagonist is based on they way they move or who's voice is used (unless it's a very recognizable one like James Earl Jones).
