As mentioned in the report, you should have an awareness of your credit profile. At a MINIMUM you should have an ongoing awareness of your credit score, because a drop in that will indicate you should look over the detailed report.
Each week* you are able to request a free credit report from the top three agencies (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion) by going to AnnualCreditReport.com.
Additionally, Experian and Equifax have free account options on their site that allow you to access your report, credit score from that agency, as well as some limited credit monitoring services.
Finally, there are many free credit monitoring apps (Credit Karma, CreditWise, etc.) that give you access to your credit scores on a daily basis. Some give you access to two FICO scores (for example, Credit Karma gives you Equifax and TransUnion), but I'm not aware of any that do all three unless you pay for it.

* Federal law gives you the right to get a free copy of your full credit report from each of the three agencies. During the pandemic, all three agencies instituted a program to provide the reports weekly due to the financial upheaval COVID caused for many. They extended the program twice and now have made it permanent.
