Who could replace Joe Biden as the 2024 Democratic nominee?

Well . . . when does the transparency start? What ARE the "established rules and procedures of the Party"?

What kind of a hat trick is "swiftly delivering a candidate" supposed to be . . . . after all the "endorsing" that has swiftly happened?

Delivering a choice of candidates requires work that can not be done swiftly, the easy way, through "endorsing" - which is totally absent involvement of we, the people, and our right to the democratic process of voting.

With all the "endorsing" that has already happened any potential candidates are likely to drop out if mentioned - same, as the Republicans did because they did not want to deal with relentless harassment - for four years if they had the temerity to stay in that race and would have won.
Endorsement is not an acceptable process.
How can delegates choice, be considered an acceptable process. without the democratic process of we, the people, voting?
