The cover-up is always worse. Unfortunately, the starting point here is undeniably egregious

So starts long denials of wrong minded people who don't have what it takes to be a Civil Servant, the requirement to serve all. This reminds me about what I read during the 1930's Germany.

Like I said before: the heads of everyone, from detail supervisor on up to the Director, needs to roll.

This stuff isn’t even BASIC to securing an area. You could take just about any most junior enlisted individual out of Basic training and say, Private Snuffy, you are the senior leader of a couple of squads, where would you put people to secure this area. Establish your perimeter and explain why. I bet they would do a better job than was done in Pennsylvania. I don’t believe having a slopping roof would enter in to the equation. Don’t forget the shooter was spotted an hour before he shot with a back pack and a range finder. Why wasn’t the rally delayed until the area was secure?

It was a massive failure. Everyone from the supervisor of the detail up needs to be fired if they don't resign. It appears too many don't know how to do their jobs.
