Donald trump had a brother who became an alcoholic. The alcoholic brother died of a heart attack by age 42. President trump does not drink alcohol.
Lt. Buck compton from band of brothers had an alcoholic data who committed suicide. He did not drink alcohol either.

I have been sober for sober for 36 years 9 months and 1 day. Now with my Higher Power Jesus Christ, I am able to pray each day for his strength to guide me each day. Ask me tomorrow if I made through today. I know that I am one drink away if I don't admit I am powerless over alcohol to being a drunk again. With his power I can face one day at a time.

Lost another veteran friend to suicide. Talked to him 2 days prior and he was fine. I guess the demons got to him again before I could. We need to find a way to stop this.
