Trump Shot at Rally. It's difficult to be definitive when hearing the shots on the TV but from the sound, I would estimate it was a 22 cal. Several shots are fired from the left side as you look at the podium. I was probably from the ground as the trajectory hit another person behind and above Trump.
The shooter is dead and an attendee also died as reported by AP.

Just wanted to share my response posted in this RP link (https://www.rallypoint.com/status-updates/8813248).
Also, our thoughts should be with the families whose lives are now impacted forever because what was meant for Trump took their lives or placed those lives in the balance who are now holding on for dear life. Our attention should be on them.
We are better than than the media and as Americans our focus must be on those who are now suffering from the actions of a 20 yo.........................

Wow Brother Jeff, didn't see that info yet, was out for diner Mexican and they kept running the scene over and over. Sad day and DJT is very lucky. Sad to here of a life lost trying to watch a rally RIP
