Tanks make a lot of noise so having an electric power system means they can sneak up on you

The last time anything could sneak up on you that was a killing machine weighing over twenty tons, standing 20 feet tall, and running over 20 miles an hour ..it was a T Rex. And they run on meat.

We had a policy that the driver's hatch would be closed when operating the tank to prevent decapitations.
