I'm glad he got that straightened out Brother Dale. I don't understand the line that "the Bronze Star medal recognizes service members who show heroism in the field". I thought the Bronze Star medal awarded for heroism in the field was accompanied with a V for Valor. However, he was awarded the B.S. for civil duties, the same as why he can't wear the C.I.B. No combat means just that, no combat, so no V for Valor.
