I just read two different Abstracts for treating Mild Cognitive Decline, and Heart Disease. It seems all of the Health Related advice is converging; Eat Veggies, Sleep well, stay involved, Learn new things, exercise Cardio and Strength...and meditate. Some add supplements like he recommended. But from Mental Health, to longevity, the evidence is mounting...we can control more of how we age, or feel, by those six simple steps. I would add two others: Stay off Social Media and TV NEWS - it is bad enough we all watch more than a movie a week nowadays. But overall, I liked his approach.

Gene, Many folks agree that a Spiritual Sense is important. For many folks, of many different Faiths, it gives them strength, a shoulder to lean on, and a feeling of Hope. All good things. Even though I myself practice no Religion - I often recommend to others to find a Path that suits them. I know what I would consider "Holy Men" and they come in all Faiths. In general they want to do good, become better people, and learn to love and forgive...and those precepts you can practice without a Deity.
