Gotta love Snopes.

There is absolutely zero evidence this actually happened.

Every named source says they did not witness it. Trump denies it.

If this had been a Trump statement about Biden or Clinton or whoever, Snopes would have blazoned "lie" across the top and bottom and stated there is no evidence. WaPo would include it on their list of Trump "lies."

Instead, we get a tepid "we cannot independently verify" buried at the very bottom - after rehashing all of the OTHER anti-Trump rhetoric, as well.

But don't worry. Snopes is "independent" and "unbiased."

LOL We literally have Trump on video saying he has no respect for POWs because he only likes "people who don't get captured." You are clearly in denial, no wonder Trump thinks you are a sucker and a loser #LOL

Capt (Join to see) - What evidence do we actually have of that quote? A "journalist" states that an unnamed anonymous source told him that Trump said this.

Everyone who was there is on record saying he never said it.

I am not saying Trump is a good guy. But when a fact-checking site says "we cannot verify" that generally means it gets labeled as a lie. Except if it is Snopes and Trump.

My entire point is that Snopes is completely biased in their fact checking and how they report those fact checks. If Trump says someone said something and they cannot verify, it is a lie. If someone says Trump said something and he denies it, but they cannot verify, it is just "unverified."

I could care less if he said it, I cannot afford Biden in office, he literally costs me $$$. Trump can call me whatever he wants as long as he stops the bleeding from my wallet.
