He wasn’t convicted for what he said. He was convicted for trespassing. Argument correctly rejected

He has a point. This is absolutely a violation of his 1st Amendment Ri.......
What's that? He was already under order to stay away from the building and he violated that order?
Oh, and he was only charged for being present - in violation of his order - and not anything else?
