My eyes started getting cramps from all the rolling they were doing. Could not read the whole article, so I skimmed it.

Sounds like a whole LOT of Soldiers need to be introduced to either article 92 (if their unit has a social media policy - which most do these days) or article 134.

Complaints go up, not down. Or out.
