How Ukraine's Refinery Strikes Destabilize the Entire Russian Economy

Just curious. Can you point me to one country where sanctions have made a substantial difference? Cuba sanctions since 1961, a Castro is still in Charge. Iran since 1979, the Ayatollah's are still in charge. We invaded Iraq because they didn't work. Venezuela is still socialist, Kim is still the head of North Korea.

The only people I see suffer from sanctions are the working class and poor. My cynical opinion is that it's a useless feel good act that accomplishes nothing.
