Why awesome?
It is a well known fact that many, probably most, white slave owners raped their female slaves.

So, you expect people to believe after centuries of being racist slave owners, the Democrats, who fought tooth and nail against the Republicans and the Civil Rights act simply decided to become Republicans after the Civil Rights Act passed? Or that the Republicans, after fighting well over 100yrs against slavery, decided to become racist Democrats after the Civil Rights Act passed?

MSG Billy Brumfield - Better read history.
"Republicans, after fighting well over 100yrs against slavery"
The Republican party was founded in 1854. Therefore, they only fought against slavery for a maximum of 11 years, certainly not {well over 100 years."
You need to learn the difference between dixiecrats and today's Democrat party.
BTW. the Democrat party was founded in 1828, so it hardly had "centuries of being racist slave owners."

MSG Billy Brumfield - That is one man's opinion. I disagree. He provides no proof to support that opinion.
