Because of academic tenure, it is difficult to dismiss academic staff at universities and colleges. But their are legal justifications. Use them

Abusive language directed at students
Failure to follow curriculum guidelines
Failure to adopt new teaching methods requested by school administrators
Insubordination
Difficulties with scheduling and keeping appointments
Taking an unauthorized sick day after request for personal day was denied
Inability to manage discipline in the classroom

If they won't do their jobs, dismiss them.

It's kind of difficult for me to grasp why people are pro-Palestinian when it was the Palestinians who attacked Israel and committed horrific atrocities, killing over 1,200 non-combatants and taking about 250 hostages, mostly civilians. It wasn't just a military operation, Palestinian civilians were involved in the breach and hostage-taking as well. These are the same Palestinians who danced in the streets when the WTC was attacked on 9-11, who teach their children to recite poetry about killing Jews, and who elected Hamas, a known terrorist group, to represent them.

For me, it's a no-brainer. The Jews would stop attacking if the Palestinians cough up their terrorist leaders and release the hostages. This humanitarian crisis is a self-inflicted wound. I do not feel any sympathy for the Palestinians because their egregious and despicable conduct wholly undermines any claim of legitimacy to their cause.
