A friend worked in Kenya with an NGO at a refugee camp for Rwandan's who survived.
Sounds like an insightful book that should get some attention.
I had no idea how brutal and cruel ethnic differences can be until watching "Hotel Rwanda" several years ago. However, in retrospect that has been a problem in numerous African nations - usually outside agitating by colonizers/would-be colonizers who like to pit people against one another in whatever ways work, to create chaotic turmoil.
