There can be such a thing as Too much Information, so what if as a child the person had a broken bone. Did it fully heal? Can he or she pass a strength and use of function test? Some of these issues seem pretty petty to me.

It is. I was talking a a recruiter friend and he said it took him 11 months to put some kid in because he had a wart when he was 6 and they couldn't remember the clinic or doctor. I don't know how the info appears in the system Anyhow the clinic closed down in 2002 but the whole process of verifying the information was cumbersome.
