And the fact he doesn't even know if that "woman' was real or not. LOL. It boggles my mind people who risk prison or jail or fines for the idea of getting laid.

Not to sound bitter, but I left the civil service after experiencing a toxic period of leadership. There was a lot of that going around and it destroys morale. Too many good people eventually decide they do not want to put up with it anymore, leaving weak leaders who shy away from making examples out of those demonstrating bad behavior. And yes, I observed more energy dedicated to dealing with perceived racist or bigoted behavior vs making sure Airmen are doing their job proficiently. So those civilians that sit at a desk, doing the minimal and only when directed, staying under the radar, begin to represent a significant portion of the civilian workforce. It was aggravating, especially when the hard chargers would constantly get beat down from making impacts. So now we have a share of Airmen that think it's OK to brag about their security access on social media and subpar civilians who are looking for other ways to make money illegally or meet good looking handlers online.

My observation as well. I was fortunate to work with some professional civil service (GS employees). As with anything, not all bad but the civil service has an underlying current that erodes efficiency and morale.
