Excellent observations. The British, especially, need to take note. Well, the rest of Europe as well. Living under the U.S. umbrella, they took advantage and pared down their forces to nothing. Well, nothing worth considering. Meanwhile, Russia has used the billions they've earned selling fossil fuels to Europe to rebuild their force. Yes, they've wasted most of it on corruption and their forces aren't very well trained or motivated and still, they seem able to prevail, even against better armed and trained forces. Yes, mass is everything.
