PO1 William "Chip" Nagel: For a good read during lunchtime, here is the full opinion. And it is one well written, very tight opinion on every single argument made from whether or not there is jurisdiction to the immunity claims. Trump's attorneys have until Monday to file for cert at the USSC in order for the stay of the trial to remain in place. Reading this opinion it is going to be interesting to see how the USSC gets four judges to grant cert.

This will go to SCOTUS of course. They can accept it and make their own ruling, or they can refuse to hear it, in which it is all over but the crying (on Trump's part).
