NYC joins a growing wave of local governments erasing residents' medical debt

Misappropriation of taxpayer funds, even for a just cause, is misappropriation. If the government repurposes the money legally then great, otherwise it is just another transfer of wealth courtesy of Joe Taxpayer

Somebody has got to pay the bills! They are still out there...Political move pure and simple.
