Supreme Court may overturn precedent governing climate regulations

This will be interesting. Obama used this precedence to regulate water in farmers fields. The sheer amount of control that a ruling like this gives the government is overwhelming, and should be overturned. We need to get away from lawyers and judges making precedent. They are not there to make laws, they are there to interpret and determine constitutionality of laws passed by congress.
