They all need to be in jail for life. These people were selling access to our government... and then we wonder why everything is so screwed up when career bureaucrats are trying to cover up all the illegal activities their bosses have been involved in and all the other bureaucrats won't call them out on it. We need to clean house from the top down. Bureaucrats need to serve 10 year terms with no ability to extend service or retire. They need to serve because they are civic minded, not because they get money and/or power from it.
