Here is Chad Wolfe of DHS. He is lying about the air travel. I don't recall air travelers being tested. Especially 200,000 people. Notice that he is talks a lot about the border. That is all fluff. DHS is the executive agency in charge of National Disaster Planning. Talking about border crossings is just one small sliver of actions that must be taken. DHS is supposed to provide overarching leadership to the federal government.
