We do know Obama ordered the killing of two American citizens with out due process. Should Obama be tried for murder? https://www.aclu.org/news/national-security/death-without-due-process

Nobody on the right objected when President George W Bush requested authority to do just that, which resulted in the Authorization to Use Military Force (AUMF) of 2001.

https://www.military.com/history/what-authorization-use-of-military-force-aumf.html

"Passed Sept. 18, 2001, the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force remains in effect and gives the president the authority to "use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons." It also says the president can use force through the AUMF to "prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons.""

MSG Stan Hutchison That 13 yr old US Citizen Obama killed did none of the above. Nor did the dozen or so other civilians at that coffee shop at the time.

MSG Billy Brumfield - I saw no objection to the AUMF by the right for 8 years of George W attacking terrorist.
Collateral damage is ALWAYS a cost of war. I feel sorry for any innocents that get killed. Then and now.

MSG Stan Hutchison - We were not at war with Yemen where the attack occurred. The 13 yr old AND the target were US Citizens who had the right to due process were they not?

Don't get me wrong, I am cool with a dead terrorist but this guy, like it or not, was a US Citizen and wasn't even on the battlefield. He was summarily executed along with another US Citizen and Yemini civilians, many adolescents.

For the record, I have never nor will I ever be cool with the Patriot Act, regardless of administration, no different than I am with the COVID "vaccine." I'm not cool with the modernization of the Smith-Mundt act either.
