As I watched on live TV the events of Jan 6 I saw a Trump supporter throw an American Flag to the Ground and replaced it with a Trump Flag. As far as I know it could be one of trumps supporters here that did that.

I'm not sure why the idiot defense wouldn't work for Trump (beyond the fact that he isn't a Democrat), the idiot defense worked perfectly for Hillary over the deliberate mishandling of classified documents and destruction of evidence.
