The SCOTUS may just refuse to hear the case blaming State's Rights which would be the appropriate since states get to set the rules as to who can be on that States ballots.

Even though the Constitution is clear and we all saw the insurrection live on TV 3 years ago...sadly it's hard to see 5 votes on the Supreme Court in favor of upholding the Colorado decision right now.
