MSG Stan Hutchison - the state is attempting to take away the right of its citizens to vote for their men of choice. It flys in the face of the US Constitution.

Just FYI: Section 3 of the 14th Amendment does not require a conviction by a court to be enforced. All it requires is simply your participation/support. Yes it will be interesting to see how the SCOTUS handles this.
