Bombshell report accuses James Comer of same business practices central to Biden inquiry

A new report claims Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has engaged in some of the same questionable business tactics he has accused President Joe Biden of conducting.
The Kentucky Republican who's leading the impeachment inquiry into the president co-owns six acres of land with a longtime campaign contributor. The Associated Press reported he transferred ownership of that property that he bought in 2015 to Farm Team Properties, a shell company he co-owns with his wife that has exploded in value.
"The AP found that Farm Team Properties functions in a similarly opaque way as the companies used by the Bidens, masking his stake in the land that he co-owns with the donor from being revealed on his financial disclosure forms," wrote national political reporter Bryan Slodysko.
"Those records describe Farm Team Properties as his wife’s 'land management and real estate speculation' company without providing further details."

Accusations from Republicans and the right in general are actually admissions. They think Biden is corrupt because they are and have a problem seeing things in any other light.

Typical left move...lets go after the accuser so we can distract the real focus. Maybe he is but that isnot the focus of the investiagtion. If Bidenhas nothing to hide then elt it flow naturally and then go after others.

6 acres, no matter where they are located, pale in comparison to the millions that Biden has taken through 20 shell companies. Might get him for insider information, but I think that only applies to stocks. If he bought the land before the project was announced, then no big deal. Now he's stuck with 5 acres that are basically worthless.

"The property has grown in value since its original purchase, jumping from a valuation of between $50,000 and $100,000 at the time of purchase to $500,001 and $1 million, according to Comer’s financial statements obtained by the outlet. That flies in the face of not only Comer’s self-purported, squeaky-clean reputation but also House rules, which require members of Congress to disclose all assets held by companies worth more than $1,000." - New Republic
