MAJ Byron Oyler so you were a 91B in '93, so was I. I also know the difference in skills between them and now. I also was a paramedic when I got out. I spent my time with TO&E units, because TDA units thought all Medics could do was stock and take vitals. You think that was now yourself, ever since you received your nursing degree. Are you allowed to insert a chest tube? I was. Can you do a cric? I could. How about IO? Again, I could.

It's not going to prove anything. He chose to do what he did. End of story. Experts need to stop looking for excuses, admit he was disturbed, local police were warned about him and did nothing.
