That's the question jurors are set to answer in the defamation and conspiracy trial of former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani. Jury selection took place on Monday in the federal district court in Washington, D.C.
This phase of the civil case centers on the penalty. District Judge Beryl Howell has already found Giuliani liable for defamation and civil conspiracy for repeatedly making false statements about two Georgia election workers: Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss, who are also mother and daughter.

Is that the women who could not tell the difference between a urinal overflowing and a busted water main? She is probably shouldn’t be in charge of any thing. She then lied to reporters and authorized observers and told them they had stopped counting for the night and ordered them to leave. She then started counting ballots! If she had let they observers stay they would have protected her and election integrity.

I’ll be more interested in this when I see the trial for officials who fabricated a story about Trump being a Russian agent and used government resources to impeach him about the big lie.
