This seems really bizarre. I had to read the article after seeing the title:

A CDC funded program??

Is this ONLY in New Mexico?

Is it an effort being fielded in NM to gauge how effective it is and how the court of public opinion responds?

Are Barbers next?

No progressives or liberals as part of the intended targeted population . . . . . . .
