The deadline for filing for primaries started on November10. 2023 and ends on July 19, 2024. She's already too late for Alabama and Arkansas. If she isn't in it by the end of March 2024, it's probably not going to happen. It's probably too late by then.
There's always the chance that she could be selected at the DNC's national convention if President Biden bows out, but the party would be in disarray. And her campaign would be "two steps behind" out of the starting gate.
If stories of her election night 2016 loss crying temper tantrum are true, she might not be able to face the potential psychological damage of a second loss to a man she considers so far beneath her.
