Ok, let's say that there is a climate thing and the oceans are rising. Not that I believe that. Our magnetic poles are simply moving naturally. Regardless, why couldn't we start the desalinization plants to help all the struggling area in mid-America. They have no water, the water is rising and we have the technology to change salt water to drinking water. Just a thought.
