Obviously, the husband/videographer knew something was up. His restraint, frankly, is admirable.
Seeing stuff like this makes my blood boil. I know people are fallible creatures who often do unsavory things. I have been let down by many over the years. But to lose your wife and life in this manner...
That little girl deserves better. I hope she is ok.

I was also wondering how he knew to video tape it. According to his GoFundMe, he saw an unfamiliar car in the drive way.

Hello Everyone, First off I'd like to thank you for at least taking the time to read this and showing an interest in my dilemma. This is the hardest thing I've ever had to go through in life and nothing could have prepared me for all of the hardship I've had to endure thus far. My name is Brian....

His restrain was very admirable, I am sure he had an idea before he even saw the car. To me this is one of the lowest things you can do, Jody try's to justify it with "well he is an a**, he should treat her better, they are on the rocks or getting divorced. At the end of the day if a woman (or man) is going to cheat on their spouse they will do it again. I hope jody's command saw this and threw every article they could against him. This type of behavior while not as deplore able as sexual assault can have an even worse impact on unit morale.

While I understand that this is obviously wrong for both parties, the onus is on the wife - none of this could happen without her permission/consent - (without her consent, we don't call that cheating - we call that assault or rape). Obviously (to me), the focus would have to be on repairing that relationship (if possible) and if not, then be amicable with each other in the divorce.
As for the "Jody" - report it and let it go - the sooner you can forgive this action, the better for all (including the child).

MSG Tim Gray - what I wouldn't do is lose sight of the fact that I love this person. I think this is one of the major problems with our culture - we are too quick to turn love on and off based on our shortcomings! We ALL fall short of even our OWN standards - I'm thankful that I am forgiven and I simply think that insight (forgiveness) needs to be shared with others.

I'm usually just a lurker here on RP but... the work cuckold came to mind when I read this particular post.

I understand videoing for evidence in the divorce but what I am having a problem with is putting the video online. It is a childish move. (because she was naked) it is also the same as uploading her naked image without her approval. It internet seems to be the way to shame people when you are mad now. This can backfire in so many ways down the road. They have a kid, what if that kid comes across this video later, because there is not such thing as deleting this now. Ruining her career is within his power but the consequences of that will impact his child and he needs to think about that. He has his evidence. Now he should just get an attorney, a divorce, determine custody and move on.

PO1 Sojourner "Chancy" Phillips - I understand your point about posting. But I feel she humiliated him first by screwing around even with the kids present in the house. So she deserved to be humiliated also. I give no sympathy to cheaters that can't keep their legs closed.

Yes I agree with the two SGTs...so what if she's publicly shamed...and so what if the kid sees the video...mommy will just have to explain that yes she was a little whore and cheated on daddy...actions have consequences

In Life you don't keep prisoners. I wouldn't want to go out if she had a key to my stuff. Be great if you could make money selling it to TV. Move on

The bottom line it seems as She had no respect for Her husband or their children. They are family and should have been top priority. If one wants to run around then don't get married, either take your role as a husband, Wife and Parent seriously or don't get married in the first place. I would imagine however when there are children involved they didn't do anything wrong by why shame them for things that a parent did ? Evidence in court is one thing and if there were no children involved then I would be less concerned about the cheating wife and who might view that video.
