In Addition Your Lawyer May Strongly Suggest "YOU Plead Guilty To Lesser Charges" Because All The Evidence Says "You're Guilty"....When ACTUALLY, He's Trying To Cover His OWN Ass... By NOT Taking It To Court, Because He HASN'T A CLUE, How To Properly Prepare Your Case Well Enough To Present To The Judge, NOR How To Defend You.
