Sgt Kerry Harkins: Not long ago there was a movement to designate combat veterans suffering from PTSD as deserving the recognition of suffering a combat inflicted injury and, as such, deserving the distinction of a Purple Heart. There has been volumes of medically supporting documentation supporting the reality and severity of such an injury. Has there been any further movement in that direction that you, or anyone, is aware of?

Sgt (Join to see) Thank you. As you probably recall it was a big discussion point a couple years ago on RP and seems to have disappeared . The above jogged my memory about it when I saw "hidden disabilities like PTSD". Thanks for getting back to me Kerry.
