You can sue for any reason imaginable... I think it would be premature to make assertions of a suit that can be dismissed.

This is a pretty simple and fairly routine records lawsuit.

Imagine if some vlogger made a huge deal out of every single records lawsuit Judicial Watch filed.

The lawsuit itself is a HUGE nothing burger. Now, if he wins, what is found MAY be worthwhile. But the lawsuit itself? Not at a all newsworthy.
