Now AOC was not in an article I read about a year ago. But they took 5 congresspeople, looked at their total net worth before being elected and total net worth after 2 terms in congress. All but one of them had increased their net worth by 8X or more. And I am talking millions here. One had a net worth of $800,00 before and after was worth 5.2 million now that is a hell of an increase on a salary of $175,000 yearly.
