The Italian fishing industry is battling a plague of blue crabs - an invasive and predatory species that has been decimating traditional shellfish production off the Italian coast.

Are these not the same crabs they have in Maryland that people love to eat.

You Can Boil Them , Steam Them , Fry The Soft Shell Ones, Etc.Etc
And You Have To Try A Crab Meat Omelette With Cheddar Cheese, Yum Yum.
