Hunter Biden Has a Surprisingly Excellent Legal Defense

MSM is running interference for Joe and Hunter.

This is more of DoJ and media running cover for Biden.

Buried in the article.... DOJ did not give overall numbers, but just HAPPENED to give numbers specifically for Delaware (an exceedingly small state) showing no prosecutions of this type.

The same DoJ that is at least theoretically supposed to be prosecuting this. Why, pray tell, is DoJ handing over information that is damaging to its own case to the media? If this came from the defense team, sure. If it was FOIAed, maybe - but even then it would be routine to deny FOIA based on the ongoing case. But nope.... DoJ just happily gives damaging information to the media.

Also buried in the article well over half (approx 57%) of all cases of guns found to have been actually purchased through fraud are prosecuted. Not talking folks who lied and were caught pre-purchase, which the article tries SO HARD to draw the equivalence to. The folks who lied, got away with it, and were later caught after having purchased their illicit firearm. Over half.

But according to the article, these prosecutions are exceptionally rare.

Anyone with eyes and a brain can see how much favoritism Hunter has gotten. Including conveniently allowing the statute of limitations to expire on his most serious charges and being tipped off multiple times.

The attempt to paint this prosecution as selective AGAINST Hunter is ludicrous.

I've made a few posts in the past couple of weeks on this topic. The left leaning members of our group ignored them, I guess because of where I stand on the political scale. But now that Slate has said it, Minus the political victimization rhetoric, all of a sudden your eyes are opened to the realities of the situation. Weiss didn't bring this indictment to badger Hunter, he brought it because it's the quickest way to get Hunter out of the limelight. Now think on this. It's going to open a whole new class of folks to the ability to purchase and carry legally, and they will. The only thing that will stop this new class will be if Hunter is found guilty on the charges and goes to jail, after SCOTUS hears the case that's coming up from the lower court on the matter. So either way it goes there will be folks on the left very unhappy with the way it turns out.
