North Korea has launched its first operational ‘tactical nuclear attack submarine’ and assigned it to the fleet that patrols the waters between the Korean peninsula and Japan, state media said.

In the article they stated that this sub is in all likelyhood not as operational as the N Koreans would like everyone to think which wouldn't surprise me.
