PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Great message that all Marines need to watch, see and act on if they are feeling like there is no hope and they want to die. My own brother, a Marine, died by suicide. He shot himself in the head on the evening of his 40th birthday. Oh, he lived for thirteen years but barely more than a vegetable. As far as I'm concerned, he died the night he did the deed. I live hundreds of miles from him. I knew he was an alcoholic but never thought in a million years he would do himself in. Semper Fi Cpl L. R. Burk.

Cpl Vic Burk I’m so very sorry about what happened with your brother. The experience sounds devastating. Thank you for sharing. I hope people will read it, and be helped.
